The Vintage Sports-Car Club headed South last weekend for Round 2 of the Speed Championship held at the breathtakingly beautiful Wiscombe Park. With glorious sunshine, much like the previous weekends' at the Curborough Speed Trials, the action on track was exhilarating and the Paddock buzzing with activity.

The 2018 Vintage Sports-Car Club's Speed Championship – Round 1 – was held at the Curborough Speed Trials on Sunday 6 May.  With over 100 Pre-war cars taking to the track, the packed  banking viewing area and busy Paddock made for an enjoyable atmosphere filled with spectators all enjoying the  glorious weather over ice-creams and fantastic Vintage Sprinting.  The on-track action proved to be thrilling, affirming why this is such a popular over-subscribed event.

The 2018 Vintage Sports-Car Club Speed Championship commences with Round 1 – Curborough Speed Trials on Sunday 6 May. With an oversubscribed entry, a maximum run of 110 Pre-war cars will come together for the popular season opener.  The banking area around the track is expected to be brimmed with eager Spectators enjoying the forecasted highs of 21°C, al fresco picnics and fantastic Vintage Sprinting.
