The final episode of the first season of Vintage Velocity

Tomorrow is the day episode 8 of Vintage Velocity podcast but most importantly is the last episode of Season 1. This episode features Dougal Cawley of Longstone Tyres and if you have spent any time in the world of vintage motorsport, chances are you have encountered Dougal Cawley – or at least one of his tyres. A larger-than-life character in every sense, Dougal is the driving force (quite literally) behind Longstone Tyres, the go-to supplier for those who take their historic racing as seriously as he does.

When he is not elbow-deep in the world of pre-war rubber, he can be found behind the wheel of his Delage – a machine that is as much a part of his identity as his signature enthusiasm for proper, period-correct tyres.
