The 90th Anniversary Starts Now

We have an exciting week of events planned, and we're pleased to provide you with the details that you will need.

**Monday**

The Anniversary Bar will be open from 17:00 to 22:30. Annabel Jones will host a rally teach-in from 18:30, followed by a table top rally.  Please bring a copy of OS Map 150, if you have one, and a pencil. Please note, no food supplier is available on site this day.

**Tuesday**

Food will be available at Chipping Camden Cricket Club, the finish point for our Rally and Tour. The bar opens at 16:00, with a BBQ from 17:30. At 18:00, the Vintage Sports-Car Club will take on Chipping Camden Cricket Club in a twenty-over match. The Anniversary Bar at Stratford will also be open from 17:00 to 22:30, featuring a selection of Club films.

**Wednesday**

Post Archie's Challenge, join us for a beer festival hosted by the Frazer Nash Car Club, featuring ales from local breweries Purity and Hobson's, plus a locally brewed lager. Tickets, available at the event, include a commemorative beer glass and tokens. The Anniversary Bar will also be open for wine enthusiasts, with food available from 18:00. High quality local food suppliers have been arranged, supplying pizza on Wednesday and Thursday - please do support them.

**Thursday**

After a day of activities, enjoy a vintage Pub Quiz led by question master Ian Ferguson. The Anniversary Bar at Stratford will be open from 17:00 to 22:30, with pizzas available from 18:00.

**Friday**

After the Impney Sprint, join us for the Anniversary Hog Roast. The bar will open at 17:00, with the roast ready around 19:30.

**Saturday**

Breakfast baps, tea, and coffee will be on sale from early morning, with lunch options available later, this will include burgers, pizza and crepes. Again, these are high quality local food suppliers, please do support them. The Anniversary Bar will open around 10:00 and remain open into the evening. 

For the evening Gala Ball, menu options will be sent next week and a table plan is being organised. Coaches will transport attendees from the showground at 18:30, with return trips at 00:30 (50 seater coach) and 01:00 (73 seater coach) to the racecourse. Please note, no alcohol is allowed on the coaches, and seating is limited to 123 in total. 

**Important Information - Impney Sprint on 9th August**

The Impney Sprint, as a 'pop-up' event, presents unique challenges, especially regarding facilities. The track is partially used for spectator parking access, limiting entrance to between 07:00 and 08:15, with a second window from 12:00 to 12:45. Practice starts promptly at 08:30.

Due to the temporary nature of the event, only basic facilities will be available, including toilets, coffee outlets, and RJs Smoke shack for burgers. We regret that there will be no PA system or event commentary due to the lack of infrastructure. Viewing will be from the terrace area in front of the Chateau, following the traditional course used in past hill climbs.

Attendees must remain on-site until the end of the event unless leaving during the lunchtime break. We are exploring additional parking options in town for those arriving outside the designated times. A public footpath is available for access, but it's a considerable walk and vehicles are left at owners' risk.

**Camping and Racecourse Access**

Camping arrivals are between 15:00 and 20:00 on Sunday, 4th August, and 12:00 to 20:00 on Monday, 5th August. From Tuesday onwards, please park on hard standing and report to the Club Office during office hours. Access to the racecourse begins at 15:00 on Sunday, 5th August, and requires either a camping/event ticket or a Club membership card. For Saturday's Gala Day, those with camping bookings or event entrants must show their wristbands, while all others must present tickets.

There will be a pack available for each entrant containing the Anniversary programme and a rally plate for your car. You can pick this up from a staff member from the on-site Club Office during office hours, you do not need to wait until the day of the event you are entered for.
