As tradition, our Annual Awards Dinner & Presentation, AGM and Marshals' Dinner & Forum will be combined on the same weekend next year, taking place on 18/19 March 2016 at the Hilton Hotel, Warwick,
The Club’s Annual General Meeting will be held in the Avon Suite at the Hilton Hotel Warwick. A formal calling notice for acceptance of the Club’s Annual Report and Accounts for 2015 was issued in the October copy of the Newsletter. Club Members are invited to attend the meeting and to take the opportunity to discuss with Directors and fellow Members the performance of the Club in 2015 and the plans for the future.
Marshals’ Forum and Dinner – Saturday 19 March, 6.30 for 7.30pm
The Marshals’ Forum and Marshals’ Dinner will be held after the Annual General Meeting. The Forum will be in the afternoon and is open to all who marshal or compete at VSCC events.
Following tradition, the Marshals’ Dinner is by invitation only and will take place in the evening. Invitations have now been sent to all invitees; recipients please ensure to RSVP as soon as possible (and no later than 7 March).
