The wonderful ‘Spring Start’ Race Meeting returns to a two day format In 2017, providing competitors and spectators with a wonderful mix of race for Vintage and Historic cars. Invited grids add additional interest with HGPCA, HRDC, Morgans, F3 500s and FisCar joining us. The Mike Stripe Team Relay race will also make a special appearance on the Sunday of this event.

Aside from the exciting action on track, ‘Formula Vintage’ will again offer the Spectator all that is great about attending a VSCC Race Meeting, with free access to the Paddock, where you can get up-close to the cars and drivers, a mouth-watering display of cars from our Principal Associates Bonhams, an AutoSolo in the Outer Paddock area during Saturday morning, onsite catering facilities, Car Club displays, a busy Trade Village and much more ‘Vintage’ entertainment for the whole family (see below for more details).
ADVANCE SPECTATOR TICKETS SALES NOW CLOSED

CAMPING
Onsite Spectator Camping is also available to purchase now on the event page of the Silverstone website or over the phone (see above).
Camping facilities are located inside the circuit and have 24 hour security just a short walk over the bridge from the Paddock, whilst the Pit Stop Café will be open later into the evening with free entertainment (see below), dedicated toilet and shower facilities and a mix of hardstanding and grass pitches. Camping is purchased per pitch at £45.00 and pitches are 7m x 9m. Please note that there is no electric hook up available on the campsite.
GRANDSTANDS (to be confirmed)
It is intended that the BRDC Grandstand will be open to watch the action throughout the weekend whilst Club Members can also receive discount access to the Silverstone Racing Club Grandstand and facilities on the outside of the Luffield Complex.
VSCC MEMBERS’ LOUNGE & FREE PROGRAMME
Club Members will be able to enjoy exclusive access to a Members’ Lounge located in the Brooklands Suites overlooking the track, with a cash tea/coffee and snack facility with (upon production of your 2017 VSCC Membership Card).
Club Members can also claim a free Programme upon production of their 2017 VSCC Membership Card at the Club Display in the Paddock (£5 value).
PARKING & PRE-WAR CONCOURS
Parking onsite is free for all. Those attending in their Pre-war cars will be directed to the dedicated Pre-war Car Park close to the Paddock, with every car entered into a free ‘Concours’ competition.
FOOD VILLAGE & FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT
The circuit’s Pit Stop Café and bar will be open throughout the weekend (also later Saturday evening), offering the usual fare of hot/cold food & drinks, whilst the Silverstone Hub will also be open selling official merchandise.
Further enhancing the nostalgic festival atmosphere of this year’s event, there will also be a dedicated Food Village located on the inside of Copse Corner, featuring Vintage Bar, Fish and Chips, Coffee and Donuts, and Ice Cream.
The circuit have also arranged a host of other family entertainment throughout the weekend, including:

A modern, stylish and totally relaxing mobile massage trailer offering Reflexology, seated and Indian head massge.
Vintage Funfair
A Vintage themed funfair experience, including period rides, games and attractions that will appeal to the whole family.
Silverstone Experience
For those who want to test their own driving skills, Silverstone Circuit will also have a range of modern supercars including Aston Martin V8s and Ferrari V8 F430 Coupes to drive on the International Circuit (advance booking required via Silverstone website).
